The staff were amicable and the location was marvellous. Being close to a train station was a bonus. The single room was wonderful, it had central heating, a work desk, and a multi-channel television.

We enjoyed a pleasant night in a quadruple room equipped with a bath. the room featured a personal safe, climate control, and a minibar, which added to our comfort. the location is fantastic, conveniently situated near the motorway. We appreciated the option to soft boil our eggs instead of the usual hard-boiled ones at other places. Plus, it was great having a restaurant nearby!

Appreciated nice service.
That was lovely hotel set in secure area, short walk to cable car, the train station over the river, and the autostrada. The hotels' team was very polite and nice! It had particularly good and perfect location not too far from Karst Gallery. I ate at the attached restaurant near the property. Staying here for one night was memorable, totally recommendable.

This family-run hotel has very warm and home-like atmosphere. The owner and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect to explore Orvieto itself and the nearby areas. Breakfasts were reach and coffee was perfect. Good value for money. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable with air-conditioning.
Railroad nearby was pretty noisy but it's the common problem for Orvieto.

The room is a good size with a fantastic view, and they offer a convenient wake-up service. The hotel staff is accommodating and incredibly kind. The location is decent, with easy access to the nearby motorway. Don't miss visiting Irene's Pantry, which serves the best coffee ever.

Good value. Nothing fancy and somewhat dated but it was clean and the staff was friendly. Parking is nearby, sheltered, and you get a dedicated spot for a very reasonable two euros. Location is a short walk (5 to 10 minutes from the funicular) to reach historic Orvieto. We ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel - both were fine. We enjoyed the local dish umbricelli. Lots of water pressure in the shower.
Air conditioning in the room was not functioning very well. Fortunately it was a cool night and we were on the back side of the hotel away from the traffic - this would have been a problem if it was a hot night.

This hotel pleasantly surprised us in many ways. the value for money was excellent. We couldn't believe that such affordable prices could result in such a comfortable stay. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. From the cozy, family-run atmosphere to the lovely smell of the fire burning grill, every aspect added to the overall experience. The location of the hotel was also great, being conveniently close to both the train station and the tram that takes you up to the charming town. Finally, the rooms were clean and spacious, with the added bonus of having a bath and a great view. The breakfast provided a good variety of options, including the unique treat of being able to soft boil our eggs.
All was well, nothing to complain about.

The location of the hotel was great. We could walk to the train station to get the tram to the historical centre.
The carpet and coverings were old and grotty, could do with an upgrade. Dinner in the restaurant was dreadful.

During our family stay, we found the hotel to be in a convenient location close to everything we required. We appreciated having the restaurant below the rooms, and the food was good. Plus, the hotel had a locked gated area for parking our car. We also enjoyed a short walk to the cable car. the room was clean and the service was friendly. Breakfast was plenty with a good selection of foods.
Street noise was the only negative aspect we experienced.
